Return & Exchange Policy

At Vellura Fine Jewels, we take pride in offering high-quality jewelry designed for long-term wear and customer satisfaction.

Exchanges Only

We currently offer exchange only and do not provide refunds once an order has been delivered.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • The product must include original packaging

Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Earrings
  •  Jewelry
  • Sale or clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or exchange if approved.

Exchange Shipping

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
